Jen spent a decade as a Fractional COO before coming on as a partner and Program Director at Hands-Off CEO. She managed companies with more than 100 CEO’s and developed the leadership to support profitable growth. Jen has also led sales teams of up to ten agents (winning big sales awards and trips in the process).
Jen supports Executive Teams with creating order from chaos and installing the infrastructure to increase quality as her clients scale their businesses. She empowers the next generation of leaders - who in turn, build other leaders - while accelerating sustainable growth through team ownership and execution.
Outside of business, you’ll find Jen and her husband cheering their four teens at every sporting event imaginable. She’s a bookworm (always at least two books in progress), and she’s trying to enjoy camping.
