At Magnolia Health, we strive to provide excellent care and respect your time. In order to ensure we can accommodate all of our patients, we ask for your understanding of our no-show and late arrival policy.
What is a No-Show?
A "no-show" occurs when a patient misses an appointment and does not provide any notice of cancellation or reschedule. A missed appointment without prior notice prevents us from offering that time slot to another patient in need of care.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time to other patients.
No-Show Fee:
A $50 fee will be applied to your account for any missed appointments without prior notice or cancellation. This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid before scheduling future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that all patients are seen on time. Please note that a late arrival may also be considered a no-show, and the $50 no-show fee may be applied.
