The Client Care Package offers valuable benefits, including:
- Subscribers receive up to ten hours of support for audit-related activities, such as reviewing notices, examining audit details, and formulating responses.
- Our team can guide you through the audit process, ensuring you understand each step and are prepared for potential challenges.
- Reviewing IRS or state notices related to your filed tax return
- Advising on next steps for audits, requests for information, or penalties
- Communicating with the IRS or state authorities on your behalf when necessary
- Addressing errors made by SFR, including amendments or modifications to filed returns
- Assisting with penalty abatement requests for penalties resulting from timely filed and paid returns
The CCP does not cover support in situations including, but not limited to:
- The costs incurred outside the subscription fee, such as additional documentation or third-party expenses.
- Services related to tax amendments are handled separately.
- Changes to financials after the tax return is filed – If you alter or adjust financial statements, this can affect your filed tax return, and related notices or penalties are not covered under the CCP
- Late filing penalties or failure-to-pay penalties resulting from client actions
- Penalties due to failure to follow instructions provided at the time of filing
- Tax return revisions for missing or unreported documents not provided at filing.
- Estimated tax penalties for amounts not paid despite SFR guidance
- Consulting on broader issues such as strategy, payroll, bookkeeping, and additional advisement is outside the scope of the CCP.
For Non-Subscribers and Opt-Out Information
