How to send Deggy hardware to the Service Department
Please use the Help Center or contacted firstname.lastname@example.org to troubleshoot the hardware problem you are experiencing. If troubleshooting has not resolved the issue send the hardware in for service.
1Sending in HardwareDeggy does not use RMAs so it is important to include complete company and contact information including an email address. It is also recommended that the package be sent via insured courier; UPS, FED-EX, DHL...etc.
