How to send Deggy hardware to the Service Department

Please use the Help Center or contacted to troubleshoot the hardware problem you are experiencing. If troubleshooting has not resolved the issue send the hardware in for service.

    Sending in Hardware

    Deggy does not use RMAs so it is important to include complete company and contact information including an email address. It is also recommended that the package be sent via insured courier; UPS, FED-EX, DHL...etc. 

    Send the hardware you are having problems with to the following address:

    Include the following information inside the package

    Company name:
    Contact name:
    Phone number:
    Email address:
    Description of the problem:
