    QIP Strategy & Post A&R in 2022

Gap Analysis and Strengthening and Understanding Curriculum, Programming, Education Physiology, and Vision at the Akidamy.

Over a 12-month period spanning 2022 to 2023 (comparing what we had established in 2020 & 2021), comprehensive process maps were meticulously developed through an iterative series of collaborative meetings involving the Educator, Studio Lead, Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), SOAPE framework, and an External Educational Consultant. These sessions were designed to analyse, reflect and delineate the relationship between The Akidamy's Process Plan and key educational components, including Educational Programming, Philosophy, and compliance standards such as the NQS, NQF, EYLF, and paedagogy, as well as The Akidamy's Vision & Values. The development process incorporated detailed paper reviews of the process maps, complemented by dynamic discussions held during staff meetings and working lunches. Focus areas included the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), Educational Programming strategies, and a thorough understanding of the operational frameworks of NQF and NQS, alongside identifying optimal methods for their implementation. The resulting maps were systematically crafted and refined using Lucidchart, ensuring clarity and alignment with The Akidamy's educational standards and strategic objectives.  Process Plan - Educational Programming, Philosophy and Compliance with NQS, NQF, EYLF, Paedagogy and the Akidamy Vision & Values - April 2022.

Seconday Review and further analysis were completed in April 2024 which further expanded our understanding of how to execute the QIP at the Akidamy. QIP Review 2024
