    Staff Roster for the current week

    Education and care qualifications – random sample of educators

    3

    First aid qualifications for a staff member on the opening andclosing shifts as per the current roster – including evidence of CPRcompleted in the last 12 months.

    4Enrolment record for any child in attendance today diagnosed with a medical condition, including their medical management plan, risk minimisation plan and communication plan (where applicable)
    6Record of responsible persons
    7Evidence that the responsible persons on the roster for the day ofthe visit have consented to the placement in writing
    8Record of educators working directly with children
    9Record which demonstrates the AP has assessed the minimum requirements for each NS and RP in attendance today (as per your roster).
    10Record that a person placed in day-to-day charge (ResponsiblePerson) has consented to this placement in writing
    11Incident, injury, trauma and illness record – sample from the last 6 months will be reviewed

    Transition records (where required to support staffing ratios)

    Attendance records for all children on the day (sign in records)

    Emergency evacuation rehearsals – for all identified emergencies,dating back for a 12 month period

    Evidence to demonstrate the approved provider has advised the NS,staff members, volunteers and students of the existence and applicationof the current child protection law and any obligations that person hasunder that law – induction records, training records, staff/studenthandbook
