Look up the customer in Shopworks

Find Customer

Search for the customer

Select the Customer

View Receivables Tab

View Open Invoices and work in process

Select the Open Invoice

Payment tab is located at the top of the work order

Select the payment tab

Select the Credit Card Box

Enter or select the amount

Enter Credit card info

verify charge: balance is ZERO and Green Light under Paid

Email Invoice to Customer with balance of ZERO

Glitch if Your Credit Card Button Doesn't work

verify all plugins are GREEN
