New Customer Welcome Journey
Once the order is entered into Shopworks:
(Everything below will be completed BEFORE the customer receives their order)
 
  1. Send a personalized WELCOME email from all employees.
    1.  Include a group photo of all the employees.  
    2. Welcome the customer to our team.      
  2. Send a Welcome Card using sendoutcards.com
    1. Squatch will be on the front of the card, welcoming the new customer.
    2. The inside of the card will have a group photo
    3. The inside text will be simple: We all welcome you to NW Custom Apparel
  3. WOW “Welcome” Box
    1. Limited Edition Squatch Shirt. (only new customers get this design)
    2. Hand signed Thank you card by the sales rep.
5 Days after Order Receipt
  • Post sales follow-up
    1. Sales Rep sends an email seeing how they liked their order.
    2. Ask if they need anything else. (this is where we could get a reorder or add-on)
 
Current Customer Thank You Journey
(Everything below will be completed BEFORE the customer receives their order)
 
  1. Send a personalized “Thank you for your business” email from Jim and Erik.
    1. Erik will use an email template in salesfore.com to send this.
  2. Send a Squatch shirt
    1. Erik will determine who gets a Squatch shirt
      1. The Squatch design has to be different.
      2. We can’t send the same Squatch design twice.
5 Days after Order Receipt
  • Post sales follow-up
    1. Sales Rep sends an email seeing how they liked their order.
    2. Ask if they need anything else. (this is where we could get a reorder or add-on)
