    Industry scenario or case study from the Facebook Group: Screenprint Marketing.

    • We will discuss one group post and talk about how you would solve the problem. 

    • Each person will write down what you would do in a certain scenario. We will then go around and discuss everybody's answer.
    There is no right or wrong answer, so don't worry.

    • Shopworks Marketing: Bring up all the new leads since the last meeting.
    • Question each rep    
      • What they are doing with the lead?
      • What is their next course of action?
      • Mark in activity their next course of action.

    Compare last years monthly sales to this years monthly sales.
    Discuss accounts that are under performing
    Discuss accounts with sales growth

    Formulate an action plan to improve the sales of the under performing accounts.
