Weekend Work Schedule

When we have extra work in the factory, we will ask employees to volunteer to work on the weekends.

Probationary employees are not eligible for weekend work unless approved by management.

    Production Manager will ask for volunteers

    • The production manager will ask for volunteers.
    • We will try our best to give the employee advance notice of 3-4 days before their shift. 
    • The production manager will write this on the wipe board.

    Required Over-Time

    • If there are no volunteers and a job must get out, we will require over-time. You will be paid time-and-one-half.
    • Required Over-Time is only for absolute emergencies

    Employee changing after an agreed upon schedule

    • If an employee agrees to work over-time and then can't after committing to the schedule. 
      • Please let the supervisor know ASAP. 
      • We prefer at least 2 days.
