When we have a sales rep sick and there is only 1 person in the office, we all must answer the phones

    - It will ring to the sales reps first

    After 10 rings: All phones will ring

    After 10 rings, all phones will ring in the company.
    Please pick up the phone and take a message.

    Final Ring: Factory Bull Horn

    - If nobody in the company picks up the phone.
    - The final Ring will be over the Factory Bull Horn.
