To better serve the customer and put less stress on the staff we will assign accounts based on Industry.

    Construction and Corporate

    • Everybody will handle Construction and Corporate accounts.
    • These are our bread and butter
    • We will assign to Ken if they are a fit for our TLC program.

    Contract = Ruth

    • ASI customers that can purchase from Sanmar.
    • They resell the garments.
    • This is their daily job. They make a living doing this.

    Police/Fire/Military and Medical = Nika

    • Police
    • Fire
    • Medical: Dentist, Hospitals, doctor office etc.
    • Military: 
  4. 4

    Schools, Clubs, Teams Events = Cassie

    • Schools and school sports
    • Teams: Rec league, youth baseball
    • Events: Family Reunions, golf tournaments. etc.
    • Clubs: Car clubs, gardening clubs ...

    Food Service, Restaurants: Taylar

    • Bars
    • Restaurants
    • Fast Food

    Construction/Corporate with TLC Program = Ken

    • Construction that needs TLC Program. Visit onsite
    • Corporate that needs TLC Program. Visit onsite.

    Patches/Nika and Jim

    • Give Patch customer to Nika
    • Nika will work with Jim on processing the order and pricing.

    Limbo: Nika and Cassie

    Anything that you can't classify goes to Nika and Cassie

    • Clothing Line
    • Gift Shop
    • Odd Ball requests
    • Patches: They will work with Jim on this. 
    They will determine if they are a good fit for us. Otherwise refer them out.
