Inside Sales Mission & Core Values

  1. 1

    • You realize that each customer has different needs, wants, and personalities. You learn and nurture the customer on a personalized level. You build a “friendship” with the customer.
  2. 2

    • You will have different types of customers with different personalities. Some of your customers will be happy go lucky and some can be a little rough around the edges. You will respect all the customers without any preconceived bias towards them.   Some of your best customers will be blue jeans, boots and big pickup trucks.
  3. 3

    • Every interaction with your customer you will do your best to provide excellent customer service. You will get back to them using “Sunset Service”. (respond before the sun sets).
  4. 4

    • Customers have bad days like anybody else. You don’t know what is going through their mind at the time. You need to be able to listen to them and show empathy towards them. We have had some great long-term customers that had a terrible first impression with us.  It turned out they were just having a bad day.
  5. 5

    • It’s easier, to be honest with your customer. Unfulfilled promises are reasons customers search for new suppliers. If we can’t meet a due date or you messed up an order be upfront with the customer. Honesty goes a long way.
  6. 6
