Sick Pay
Sick Pay Memo:
• You earn 1 hour of sick pay for every 40 hours worked. (If you work a full 80 hours per pay period, you get 2 hours of sick pay)
• If you work a full year, you will end up with roughly 40-42 hours worth of sick pay.
• If you go over your hours of sick time, it will automatically be deducted from your vacation time.
• If you go through your sick time and vacation time, you will not be paid for time missed.
• If you need your sick and vacation hours, please ask Erik. Our payroll company provides us an updated copy every pay period.
