Some customer complaints that will not be tolerated

Some of the complaints:

Sales rep not going over the entire pricing before placing the order. Freight, setups etc.
Promising unrealistic due dates.
Not getting back to customers in a timely fashion
Promising unusual products that we don’t sell.
Saying things to the customer just to please them and we don’t follow through on it.
Not giving customers a correct answer. If we are out of a shirt, we need to find them a back up shirt. We just don’t say its out of stock. Tough luck.
Not listening to the customer when they place the order. They specifically ask for something and they end up getting something different.
