Changes in Shipping Address Orders In Process

If we change a shipping address when the order is already in process.

    • Sales Rep Updates new shipping address in shopworks

    Sales Rep Emails Shipping and Production Dept.

    There will be a printed work order in production and we need to DESTROY it because it has the incorrect shipping address.

    • Sales Rep emails the production department and shipping department to DESTROY the work order.

    Shipping Dept must always check address in shopworks

    • To be safe, the shipping clerk must always verify the address in shopworks matches the address on the printed work order.
