Cloning Orders "NO"

    Can I clone my order?

    • You must start a brand new order in shopworks.
    • Old notes from cloned orders get carried over to the new order. Too many times we have done the cloned order incorrectly.

    Lots of Items on a reorder. "Can I Clone"

    • Yes, the only person that can clone an order is the Owner or the Operations Manager.
    • See them if you have pages of line items that you don't want to reenter.
