We want to build customer loyalty and make them our friends. We will kill them with kindness.
Each round we would like to do something nice for our customer. That will be our JAB.
JABS
WOW Gifts, Phone Calls, Thank you cards, Open House, Special Deals etc.
Right Hook:
The right hook comes after we have JAB them with kindness. After rounds of JABS, we go with Right Hook (ask the customer for an order). Most likely we don’t even have to ask for the order, the customer will be so loved with JABS they will be primed to give us an order.
