Enter sub basement from the exterior stairwell off the north atrium wall by the exterior cross. Takes two AA batteries in the control box. Controls will beep when the battery for that is ready to be replaced. Replaced: 4/28/2022

O/A Sub Basement sump pump alarm - after reading the below Service Report from DeBra the alarm is redundant so let's not worry about the fact that it is disconnected at this time. (GF, 5/8/25)

There are two alarm systems down
there one for high water that sends a signal to the computer system, and
one that monitors the pumps and controls and also has a high water alarm.
The high water alarm with the monitoring amp system was saying there was
a high water condition, even though there wasn’t the float had become
resistant across it even when it was in the down position and then the unit
would call for an alarm because it’s looking for an amp draw on pump one or
pump two but it’s not going to find it due to the fact that both of the pumps are independent of this with their own floats, causing an issue there as well. I removed the high water float from the control system on it. The pumps will
run independently with or without the control system, but it’s not looking for
an amp draw because it’s not seeing a high water alarm. I’ll let Michael know
that he can replace that if he wants, but it’s not necessary since it’s a
redundant alarm and not the main alarm and also the pumps run
independently one way or the other.
