We appreciate everyone who works to make Preferred Home Services and all of our brands the best in the markets we serve. As such, we want you to be able to choose us for your own home service needs. We have built a discounted pricing plan to allow you to do that. 

For all PHS or CHA services and installations:

• Employees receive 50% off the retail price. 
• Immediate family members (grandparents, parents, in-laws, siblings or children) receive 25% off the retail price. 

When an employee completes a job for another employee, they will be paid on the pre-discounted amount of the work. 

Because of this policy, there is a zero tolerance policy for side work. 

If an employee chooses to install the work themselves, there is no warranty. However, they can buy the material from Preferred. The charge for equipment and the pull material (on an install) will be a the standard price. 

No HVAC systems will be installed during the period of May 1 through August 31 before a full priced system. They will be installed in the first available spot.
