We receive requests frequently, and often times daily, from organizations asking us to donate money, time, and/or items. We truly wish we could help every group, but need to verify a few items to make sure an organization meets our company standards.

For an organization to qualify, please see our list of MUSTS:

Must support a group and not just an individual (ex: We can donate to a school for a mission trip, but not a individual student to go on a trip)
Must be registered as a 501(c)(3) charity.(There may be an exception occasionally)
Must have values that coincide with our company core values.
Must not have negative connotation attached in any way
Must not be politically affiliated
Must not be a conflict of interest

Who can approve donation requests?

Marketing Department

If a request is under $250 or silent auction item, anyone in Marketing can approve based on the "MUSTS" above being met. 
If a request is more than $250, Marketing will need to discuss further.

Please note that all requests will be superseded by our budgeted spend. If we don't have the $$$, we can't donate
