No Show, No Call Policy for Meetings

    Purpose: Ensure employees are in attendance for mandatory meetings schedule by their supervisor. Examples of these meetings are weekly service meetings, trainings or any other meeting that supervisor deems to be mandatory


    Scope: This policy applies to all employees and departments including HVAC Sales/Install/Service, Plumbing Service/Install, Warehouse, Office Staff, and the Call Center CSR/DSR/etc. 


    Policy: In order to ensure attendance for mandatory meetings, the following policy will go into effect. 

    When an employee is not present for a meeting and does not communicate with their supervisor about their absence the following will occur: 

    • 1st Offense: Verbal Warning

    • 2nd Offense: Written Warning

    • 3rd Offense: Grounds for Termination


    Responsibility: It is the employee’s responsibility to attend all mandatory meetings and if/when they are unable to attend, that they communicate the reason for their absence prior to the start of the meeting. 


    Excused Absences: Employees are not required to attend or communicate about missing a meeting that falls on a day where they are (A) already scheduled to be off for a pre-approved PTO day, (B) if the meeting falls on their regularly scheduled day off or (C) if you are in an emergency situation.
