We need to create a file-handing policy. Among the issues to address are:
- Where are firm files to be stored by default?
- If there are multiple file-storage locations, where are those going to be?
- Will the files all be accessible from the cloud?
- What kind of security measures will be used? (for backup to prevent data loss, and to prevent data theft or compromise)
- Who will be primarily responsible for managing files and ensuring they are not vulnerable to loss or theft?
