This tutorial guides you through finding the Risk Assessment for Supervision policy in 1Place Childcare. Before starting, ensure you have access to the 1Place online platform and necessary permissions to view checklists.
1. Navigate To Checklists Register
Okay to find the risk assessment for supervision policy. What you need to do is you go to checklists all right? And you go into register?
2. Understand Quick Search Tips
The find them quickly what you need to do is
3. Select Checklist Templates
Click "Checklist Templates"
4. Search For Risk Assessments
You go into here and you look for risks you type risks. Right and you just select them all just delete these two.
5. Click To Refine Search
Click here
6. Use School Filter And Search
Speed up also just to find with school you want as well that helps and remember to press the search if you don't find that.
7. Scroll To Locate Supervision Policy
What you'll notice is you won't find a supervision policy in your scroll down scroll down scroll down the alternative if you just control if you could see the vision.
8. Open School Supervision Risk Assessment
And you'll find there's a school supervision ratio risk assessment there now. You can open it up there, but most likely you'll need to print it out.
9. View The Risk Assessment Document
And that will put it up the top there on the corner. Okay, you view it. And that's what they'll probably want to see.
10. Print The Supervision Policy
Okay, so there's a policy printed out.
You have successfully located and viewed the Risk Assessment for Supervision policy within 1Place Childcare. Next, you can print or save this document for your records or further review.
