When trying to save PDFs in Adobe, the Save or Save As pop-up comes up blank

Save as PDF Screen
When you try to Save As in Adobe, the Save As PDF screen opens blank.

Open Adobe
Open Adobe (Reader, Pro, Basic) and click on the Edit menu then Preferences.

Disable Show Online Storage
In the Preferences window, select General from the Categories list on the left-hand side and remove the check next to Show online storage when saving files and click OK.

Test Saving Again
Now try to save again, and the Save As PDF window will show as normal.
