How to manage your GDM event

How to keep your Global Divestment Mobilisation event page updated and use your Event Host tools.

    Access your event page.

    In the first email confirming your event registration you'll receive a direct link to manage your event page. If you can't find it please check your spam folder or get in touch with your national organiser to resend it to you.

    Your Event Host page

    Your event management page should look similar to this one and includes links to all your Event Host tools.

    Update event details

    Click on "Edit event details" to make any chances to the time, location and description of your event. 
    *Please make sure to cancel your event if it is no longer taking place.

    Once you've clicked on "Edit event details"

    Make sure all your event details are up to date and click UPDATE EVENT

    Send regular updates and reminders to everyone who has signed up to your event

    Click on "Email attendees" to check and modify the list of those who have RSVP'ed to your event, as well as edit and add co-hosts to your event.

    Modify event attendees and co-hosts

    This is an easy way to send emails to everyone who has RSVP'ed to your event and to share responsibility for the organising by adding co-hosts.

    Don't forget to share your event on Facebook
