How to assign tasks

With the assign task feature you can schedule tasks to occur on a one-time,  daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or even yearly basis.

    Click on the "Assign" button

    On the Procedure tab scroll to the procedure that you want to assign to your employee as a task and click on the assign button.

    Click the "Assign as task" checkbox

    This will turn what is a normal invitation into an assigned task, it will open a new section
    for you to fill out some task details.

    Give your task a date and time

    You can set the task to have a date, and a due time (or leave the due time blank if you like)

    You can also set the task to be once only, or recurring based on rules that you decide on e.g. weekly, every second day etc.
