How to generate a list of SweetProcess documents along with last-edited date

    Download the Company Activity CSV file

    • Go to your SweetProcess account "My Account" pageĀ 
    • Scroll to the "Export Company Activity" area
    • Select the time period you want to search
    • Click on the "Download Activity" button
    • Wait the report creation and download the CSV file

    Create Excel PivotTable

    • Open the download CSV file in Excel
    • Select the first 5 columns (from "date" to "content-type")
    • Click on the insert "PivotTable" button
    • Confirm the selected rangem, choose where to put the PivotTable and press "OK"

    Configure the PivotTable

    • On the PivotTable Fields interface, add the "content type" field into the "Rows" list
    • Then click on the "Rows Labels" cell filter-button and select the document types you are interested to
    • Now add the "content name" into the "Rows" list
    • Now add the "date" field to the "Values" list
    • Right-click on the "Count of date" item in the "Values" list and select the "Field Settings" option
    • Select the "Max" option in the "Summarize by" list and confirm pressing OK
    • At least, select the "Max of date" column, right-click on it and select the "Format Cells..." option
    • Select the date format you want to use to use and press OK

    And now you have a list of all documents in your account and their last-edit time
