Instead of sending electronic deposits to employees, you can configure Rippling to create a PDF of check images that you can print onto specific check stock with any compatible check printer. You'll need to own (or purchase) a check printer, as well as compatible check stock to use this feature.

How to Enable Check Printing?
From the Rippling dashboard, open the Payroll app.

3

Check Stock and Format Options
Rippling can accommodate printing formats with checks on top or checks on bottom but the formatting is not customizable and it is important that you purchase compatible check stock. Both formats will include the employee earning statement in the remaining page space. Company and bank account details are already printed on the check stock. Rippling offers the ability to print on stock that already contains a check number, or print a check number for you automatically.
