Picture this: You have an 'Operations' team, with members like Barbara onboard. All documents essential for the operations team are easily organized — whether in distinct folders or according to your specific preferences. When onboarding new members, just add them to the right team so they seamlessly access everything they need.

🔹 Super Manager Role

Got a trusted teammate to help with setup? Our 'Super Manager' role grants them almost the same level of access as you, minus billing and certain admin features. It's about ensuring you have the support you need without worries.

🔹 One-off Permissions

If you need ad-hoc access to a single document, you can share it directly. This will send an email with access to that document. However, managing a large roster of teammates with ad-hoc permissions can quickly spiral out of control, so we suggest using team-based access for long-term efficiency.
