Following this checklist helps ensure that our lab gets all the records we need so that we can produce your full arch case as quickly and accurately as possible. This checklist is for cases where the implants for the arch have already been placed. 

Scans

• Photogrammetry scan -OR- scan with scan flags
• Scan of the temporary currently in the mouth (upper, lower, bite) 
• Tissue scan (without scan bodies) 

Photos

• Full face photos with the temporaries in place 

Information & Instructions

• Implant system, size & reference number
• Details of screws being used 
• Confirm if using cylinders or seating direct to abutments
• Arch material choice
• Confirm if making a temporary arch or final arch
• Any other special instructions
