How do I add a Category to a Knowledge Base?
Configure this setting if you want to add a category or multiple categories to your knowledge base.

  1Click on the 3-vertical-dots button to reveal a drop-down menu.

  2Click on the "Edit" button.

  3Click on the "Create Category" button.

  4Enter the name of the category you want to add to your knowledge base.  
- 
  
      
    
  5Click on the "checkmark" icon to save the name of the category in the knowledge base.
