How do I add a Category to a Knowledge Base?

Configure this setting if you want to add a category or multiple categories to your knowledge base.

The screenshot below shows a screenshot of all the categories we have in the knowledge base we created for SweetProcess.

    Click on the 3-vertical-dots button to reveal a drop-down menu.

    Click on the "Edit" button.

    Click on the "Create Category" button.

    Enter the name of the category you want to add to your knowledge base.

  5. 5

    Click on the "checkmark" icon to save the name of the category in the knowledge base.
