Refund Policy

    Cancelling a subscription can be a stressful experience for any customer. We should not use that stress to keep people from cancelling. Instead we should make the experience as pain-free and positive as possible.

    We want our customers to have a great time with SweetProcess, even with their cancellation.

    Our policy is to allow customers to cancel themselves in-app. There is a clear cancel button. This button is tied to an automatic refund in many cases.

    Monthly customers
    Refund in full within 2 days of the renewal
    Refund pro-rata after 2 days of renewal

    Yearly customers
    Refund in full within 7 days of the renewal
    No refund after 7 days
