    Small Team Plan (Annual)
    • $495 per year for up to 5 users
    • $50 per year for each additional user
    Monthly Plan
    • $99 per month for up to 10 users

    • $990 per year for up to 10 users

    Small Team Plan (Annual Only)

    Why Choose the Yearly Plan?

    The yearly plan offers a discounted rate compared to paying monthly.
    Example:
    • Monthly plan for 10 users → $99/month
    • Over 12 months → $1,188/year
    With the yearly plan:
    • $990/year for up to 10 users
    This means you save $198 per year, which is approximately 16.7% off the monthly rate.
    The yearly plan also simplifies billing by providing one invoice for the entire year.


    How Billing Works

    What Happens When You Add New Users?

    When you add users to your SweetProcess account:
    • If you are within the included user limit, your price remains the same.
    • If you exceed the included user limit, additional users are billed at the applicable per-user rate.
    Charges for new users are prorated for the remainder of your billing period.

    What Happens When You Remove Users?

    If you remove users from your account:
    • Your billing will adjust based on the number of users remaining.
    • Removing users will give you prorated credit. 
    • The updated billing amount will apply to the next billing cycle.

    Can I Limit the Number of Users on My Account?

    Yes.
    You can set a maximum number of users allowed on your account from the Account Settings or Billing page.
    This helps prevent your account from exceeding the number of users you want to allow.
    You will also receive notifications when your account is approaching the user limit you set.


    How Billing Dates Work

    Your billing date depends on when you start your paid subscription.

    Monthly Plan

    If you are on the monthly plan, you will be billed once per month on the same date you started your subscription.
    Example:
    If your subscription started on March 10, your future billing dates will be:
    • April 10
    • May 10
    • June 10

    Yearly Plan

    If you are on the yearly plan, you will be billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
    Example:
    If your subscription started on March 10, 2025, your next billing date will be:
    • March 10, 2026

    Yes. Billing is based on the number of users in your account, regardless of whether they have logged in.

    Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans?

    Yes. You can change your billing plan at any time from your billing settings.

    What happens if I add users in the middle of a billing cycle?

    If you add users during a billing cycle, the additional charges will be prorated for the remainder of the billing period.

    What happens if I remove users during a billing cycle?

    What happens if my team grows beyond the included user limit?

    Why did my invoice increase?

    Your invoice may increase if the number of users in your account increases.
    SweetProcess pricing is based on the total number of users in your account. If additional users are added beyond the number included in your plan, they will be billed at the applicable per-user rate.
    You can review the number of users in your account at any time from the Users section in your account settings.

    Can I downgrade my plan if my team becomes smaller?

    Yes. If your team size decreases, you can remove users from your account. Your billing will adjust based on the number of users remaining, starting with the next billing cycle.

    Are payments refundable if I cancel my plan early?

    SweetProcess subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period (monthly or yearly).
    If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew.
    Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.
    You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
