SweetProcess Pricing: How Much Does it Cost and What to Expect
Last Updated on July 9, 2023 by Owen McGab Enaohwo
How much does SweetProcess cost?
Short answer: SweetProcess costs $99 per month for a team of up to 20 active members.
Long answer: We structured the pricing with our users in mind. This has made over 40,000 companies say “Yes” to us.
If you’re still undecided about signing up for our software and want to know how our pricing compares to other competitors, then keep reading.
Let’s dive in…
SweetProcess Pricing Model: What to Expect as a User
The SweetProcess pricing model is quite different from what other competitors offer. Below are some things you need to know about our pricing structure.
No Tiered Pricing
On SweetProcess, users have unlimited access to all features. This means there are no restrictions, and you do not have to upgrade your subscription to gain access to pro features.
With one subscription of $99 per month, you and up to 20 active team members can have access to features such as:
- Procedures, policies, and processes.
- Integrations with other apps and software.
- Monitor and track the progress of tasks.
- Import existing procedures and policies.
- Process maps and flowcharts creation.
- Export documents in different formats.
- Knowledge-base creation for employees and customers.
- Version history of documents.
Active Member Billing
We operate an active member billing model at SweetProcess.
Here’s what that means:
With our base plan of $99 per month, you can add up to 20 team members to your account who can have access to and use all the features.
If you add more users, you’ll only pay $5 per month for each person if they’re active.
Take, for instance, you have 50 employees in your SweetProcess account.
If 20 employees are actively using the software, you’ll only pay the base price of $99. If only ten employees are active, you’ll still pay the base price of $99 per month.
However, if all 50 employees actively use SweetProcess, you will pay $249: $99 for the monthly base pricing and $150 for the 30 additional active members. That’s around $4.98 per employee per month.
We only charge more if your employees actively use our software. We invest heavily in making our tool easy to use, so your team members can use it more.
Special Pricing for Smaller Teams
Our pricing structure makes it seem that if you have a team of less than 20 (about five to ten employees), you might spend more on each employee to use the software.
Even though paying $9.90 per month per employee (for a team of ten active members) or $19.80 per month per employee (for five active members) is a steal, we understand what your concerns could be.
This is why we have a special discount for teams of less than 20 employees. All you need to do is reach out to our team, and we’ll apply it accordingly.
A Sweet Deal: Billing Policy
We strongly believe in fair pricing at SweetProcess and do not charge you extra for anyone who isn’t using the software.
This means you can add as many employees as you want to your account and know that we won’t charge you for anyone who doesn’t use the tool.
Say you have 100 employees, and only 30 actively use the software. With our fair pricing policy, you’ll only be charged $149 per month. You won’t pay a dime for the remaining 70 employees who aren’t using it.
If any employee using SweetProcess becomes inactive, you will receive a prorated credit to your account for the inactive employee.
For instance, suppose your team is paying monthly, and you have 40 active members which costs $199 per month ($99/month base price for 20 active members plus $100/month for the 20 additional active members).
Assuming that 15 days into your billing period, ten active team members become inactive.
In this case, you’ll receive a prorated credit of $25 ($2.50 per team member) to your team’s account.
So instead of paying $199 per month for 40 team members, you’ll only pay $174 for 30 active and ten inactive team members.
The federal minimum wage in the United States is $7.25 per hour. Yet in some other countries, it’s way less than that.
For instance, the national minimum wage in India is around $2.16 per day.
We believe that anyone can find value in using SweetProcess, and we don’t want them to be left behind because of the country they live in.
This is why we introduced regional discounts for some specific countries.
For example, if your company is based in Nigeria, you can get up to 80% off our annual subscription.
Instead of paying $999 per year for up to 20 team members, you’ll pay only $198.
30-day Money-back Guarantee
SweetProcess has a 14-day free trial in which you can try all the features for free to see how the software works without adding your credit card details.
After the free trial period expires, you’ll have to subscribe to our monthly or annual plan to continue using the software.
Because we believe that you’ll find immense value in using our software and don’t want you to take on any risk, we offer users a 30-day money-back guarantee.
So if you decide to upgrade to the paid plan, and on the 20th day of your subscription you feel that you do not see any improvement in your business process, we’ll refund your money without asking why you canceled.
Not only that…
We’ll also offer you a one-hour phone consultation to brainstorm strategies to grow your business for free.
As you can see, we’re putting our money where our mouth is. If you want to document your processes, procedures, and tasks in one place, SweetProcess is the software to use.
Now that you know what to expect as a user from our pricing model, let’s show you how it compares to other competitors.
SweetProcess Pricing vs. Other Competitors: How We Stand Out
The major difference between SweetProcess pricing and our competitors’ pricing is that, while we offer a no-tiered pricing model, other competitors offer a tiered pricing model.
This means that, with our software, you can access all features we offer with the same subscription.
For other tools, you’ll most likely need to upgrade your plan to access more premium features.
Let’s take a look at some of our top competitors’ pricing, and compare it with what we offer at SweetProcess.
Per User Pricing Comparison
Trainual offers two pricing plans to its customers (Train and Scale). The Train monthly plan starts at $124 for a team of ten and $3.75 per month for each additional seat.
The Scale monthly plan starts at $249 for a team of 20 and $5 per month for each additional seat.
This means that if you have 30 employees and opt for the Train plan, you’ll pay $199 per month. For the Scale plan you’ll pay $299 per month for 30 team members.
Compared to SweetProcess, you’ll only pay $149 for 30 employees.
If you add it up, you’ll save about $50 and $150 per month or $600 and $1,800 per year, depending on your plan.
Another advantage of our pricing structure over Trainual is that, with a one-time subscription, you can access all the features on our platform. This is not the case with Trainual. Instead, you must upgrade from the Train to the Scale plan to access most premium features.
For instance, setting due dates on assignments is a feature only available on the Scale plan. This means that if you have a team of, say, 20 and can’t afford the $249 monthly subscription for the Scale plan, you won’t still be able to assign due dates to your employees despite paying $161 per month for the Train plan.
With SweetProcess, you can assign and track tasks for a team of 20 employees with the $99 per month subscription.
Other features, such as sharing content with anyone, premium integrations, single sign-on (SSO), and so on, which are available to all our users, can only be used by the Scale plan subscribers.
Finally, Trainual does not offer refunds in most cases.
So if you’re unsatisfied with your experience, you won’t get your money back. With SweetProcess, this is not the case. Instead, we offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee because we believe so much in our software and are sure you’ll find it easy and intuitive to use.
Per User Pricing Comparison
Process Street has a three-tiered pricing structure (Free, Pro, and Enterprise). The Free plan allows you to explore Process Street without paying a dime.
The Pro plan costs $30 per month per full member. The Enterprise plan works on a custom pricing model—you must contact the sales team to learn more about it.
The free plan seems like a great deal on the surface, but if you’re building a process for your team, it might eventually not work well for you.
This is because, with this plan, you can only document one workflow. This isn’t ideal if you want to build out your team’s processes and procedures.
The Pro plan is the least that’ll work to document your company’s procedures and processes.
On Process Street, you can add up to 50 free members for a $30 per month per full-member subscription.
A free member can create, edit, share or view pages. They can also view folders, workflows, workflow runs, and tasks. That said, only full members have full access to and collaborate with you on workflows, workflow runs, tasks, and pages.
As you can see, there are a lot of limitations that a free member has. If you want a team member to gain full access to most features, then they must be a full team member.
Assuming that you have 100 employees in your company, you might need to give at least 20 full access to the Pro plan. Hence, you’ll pay $600 per month, and only 20 people on your team can enjoy unrestricted access to all the features.
On SweetProcess, you only pay $499 per month for 100 employees. They’ll all have access to the features they need and won’t be restricted in any way.
As you can see, you can save at least $100 per month for 100 employees by using SweetProcess instead of Process Street.
Another disadvantage of the Process Street pricing is that features such as single sign-on, API access, and unlimited integrations are only available on the Enterprise plan.
Tallyfy vs SweetProcess: Pricing Comparison
Per User Pricing Comparison
Tallyfy has two pricing plans (Tallyfy Docs and Tallyfy Pro). Tallyfy Docs cost $5 per member per month for a minimum of ten members. While Tallyfy Pro costs $30 per member per month for a minimum of four members.
Even though you can add unlimited guests to your Tallyfy subscription, this is only available for users you collaborate with as a vendor or client, but not full-time employees.
This means that you either pay $50 or $120 per month to add ten and four employees to your account with Tallyfy, respectively.
So if you have 50 employees, you’ll either pay $250 per month with the Tallyfy Docs subscription or $1,500 per month with the Tallyfy Pro subscription.
With SweetProcess, on the other hand, you’ll only pay $249 per month for 50 active employees.
As you can see, you can save around $1,250 per month for 50 employees by using SweetProcess instead of the Tallyfy Pro subscription.
Another disadvantage of the Tallyfy pricing model is that most of its advanced features, which you get on SweetProcess for free, are only available in the Pro subscription.
For example, the launch processes feature, which allows you to track your team members and know exactly who is working on a specific task and when they’ve completed it, is only available for Pro users.
With SweetProcess, you can assign tasks to employees and track them for free with our subscription.
Other features, such as advanced tasks and webhooks, data export, custom process views, process rules, and so on, are only available with the Pro subscription.
Grow Your Business With SweetProcess: What Customers Say About Our Platform
Companies in different industries and sectors use SweetProcess to document their procedures and processes.
What’s more interesting is that most of our customers have attributed their business growth to their investment in our software.
Below are some examples to show you what’s possible when you use SweetProcess in your company.
Marc Nelson Oil Products supplies oil products such as diesel, lubricants, and gasoline to filling stations. According to its president, Peter Nelson, one of its biggest pain points was losing skilled employees.
In his words, “Some employees have been in the company for over 20 years, and they really know the business, and not everything is written down. So when somebody leaves, it’s painful.”
To overcome this challenge, he decided to use SweetProcess.
He was initially skeptical about the pricing because he wanted to buy a one-off solution. As soon as he discovered that our monthly subscription was affordable, he was in.
With SweetProcess, they achieved the following in the organization:
- Employees no longer work in isolation.
- Employee onboarding doesn’t lead to a waste of time and resources.
- Consistent blueprint for work across the company.
- Review the processes regularly.
Enhance Employee Efficiency
Location Accès Crédit offers financing services for on-road and recreational vehicles to individuals whose loan requests have been previously declined due to either bankruptcy or voluntary filing.
The company’s president, Michel Coutu, identified inconsistency as the biggest pain point that the company faced before finding SweetProcess.
According to him, he usually agrees on specific work guidelines with his employees. But, unfortunately, he would realize some months later that they had deviated from policies they agreed on and were doing things their way.
This led to employees’ inefficiency and caused a lot of damage to the company.
After searching for solutions to use online, he found SweetProcess. At first, he was skeptical about the issue of security but realized that SweetProcess has cloud-based security features that prevent unauthorized access.
Here are some ways that SweetProcess has helped the organization:
- All employees can participate in the documentation process.
- Fast-track the onboarding process and equip new employees with the knowledge they need.
- Running a paperless organization.
Convenient to Use
Leslie Lian-Hing is a dental assistant at Implant and Periodontal Therapy, one of the organizations that use SweetProcess to document their policies, procedures, and processes.
When asked her favorite thing about using our software, here’s what she said:
“It’s very easy and convenient. If you have a question, you usually just look for it in the software, and the answer is there. Pretty much everything you can find on SweetProcess.”
Facilitate Remote Work
Americanflat is an interior decoration company that offers stylish and exclusive designs to households at affordable prices by collaborating with over 150 artists from different parts of the world.
The company’s president, Giorgio Piccoli, mentioned that they struggled with tribal knowledge as soon as it began to expand.
This led to knowledge imbalance among employees because they were in different locations at different times. In the long run, it affected the organization negatively.
While seeking a solution to empower all the employees with the information they needed to perform their duties, they found SweetProcess.
Below are some ways that our software helped this organization to grow its team remotely:
- Having all documents in one location with authorized access.
- Training each new employee personally is now a thing of the past.
- Documentation in different formats such as texts, videos, charts, etc.
- Keep the workflow moving in the absence of certain employees.
- Flexible work schedule for employees.
Makes My Work More Efficient
King Law is a full-service litigation firm that was founded in 2002. Today it has over 14 different offices in the United States.

“SweetProcess makes my work a lot more efficient. With it, I’m able to easily navigate and find answers to my questions quickly without having to take time or wait on another attorney or senior attorney to call me or give me answers to the questions that I may have on a particular case.”
As you can see, SweetProcess empowers different teams in different industries to become more efficient in their procedures and processes and never worry about the business underperforming.
