Click “Assign to teams” and select the team members who should have access to the document. You can also assign the document to multiple teams.
After the procedure has been uploaded, click “View procedure” to open a new page displaying the uploaded procedure. To make any adjustments, click “Edit.”
Once satisfied with the changes, click “Approve” to finalize the procedure. If you don’t have approval permissions, click the “Request Approval” button to submit the procedure for review and approval by the appropriate parties.
The same steps apply when importing a policy.

Click on the “Export” button. A drop-down menu appears. Then select either PDF or Word or HTML as your preferred format (please note that processes can only be exported in PDF format).
You can include the diagram in the exported document by selecting “Attach diagram” (only available for procedures).
Additionally, you can include information about the approver and the approval timestamp by selecting “Print approver name” (available for procedures and policies but not for processes).
Once the export is complete, you’ll see a button to download the PDF or Word document. Click it to save the file to your computer.
