Make sure to format the document title using Heading 1, followed by a procedure description. For each step title, use Heading 2, and beneath it, include the step description and any relevant content. If necessary, you can utilize Heading 3 for additional step details.

Next, navigate to the “Procedure” tab and click the down arrow next to the “Create Procedure”button on the top right-hand side. Select “Upload document” from the drop-down menu to open a dialog box.

Either drag and drop your document into the dialog box or click “Or browse your computer” to locate and select the file. Once the file is chosen, click “Upload.”

If you don’t see this feature, you may need to ask your organization’s SweetProcess admin to enable it.

Click on the “Export” button. A drop-down menu appears. Then select either PDF or Word or HTML as your preferred format (please note that processes can only be exported in PDF format).

You can include the diagram in the exported document by selecting “Attach diagram” (only available for procedures).

Additionally, you can include information about the approver and the approval timestamp by selecting “Print approver name” (available for procedures and policies but not for processes).

  3. Save the file. Once you’ve finished entering the data, save the file as a .csv.
  4. Submit the procedures template. Send the completed .csv file to MaintainX Support using the chat feature, and they will assist you in importing the data into your organization’s account.

  1. Access the work orders tab. Navigate to the work orders tab within the MaintainX platform.
  2. Choose the work order. Select the specific work order you wish to export or print.
  3. Open the options menu. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner to access the menu.
  4. Choose “Export as PDF.” In the menu, select the “Export as PDF” option.
  5. Customize the export. Select the image size (small, regular, large, original, or file) and the details you want to include in the exported document (procedures, costs, attachments, comments, events, vendors, signature line).
  6. Export the document. Click the “Export” button to generate the PDF file.
  7. Save or print the PDF. Once the export is complete, you can save the PDF to your computer or print it as needed.
