    Deggy NXT: Send Hardware to Service Department

    READ BEFORE PROCEEDING 
    • The Deggy Steel Pen Reader's battery typically lasts 2 years. 
    • The USB connected Downloaders use drivers to communicate with your computer.

    If the hardware is still not functioning properly use the information listed below to send it into our Service Department.

      Sending in Hardware for Service & Repair

      Deggy does not require an RMA. We suggest sending hardware in via a certified courier... UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS Priority (with tracking) and insured. Inside the package include the following: 

      • Business Name
      • Business Address
      • Business Contact
      • Accounts Payable Contact 
      • Email Address
      • Phone Number
      • Issue with hardware 

      Send the hardware you are having problems with to the following address:

      LOCAL CLIENTS
      Clients may drop off at the address above. Deggy NXT personnel are not available at that location only reception is available for receiving from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Include the same company and contact information listed above.
