How to troubleshoot DLS issues

If the DLS is not found a message will appear or an icon (seen below) indicates a problem with the DLS being recognized by the computer.

    DLS Not Found

    If the message "DLS not found" appears once you open the software or the DLS icon appears with an "x" over it, there is a communication problem with the computer. 

    Cause
    DLS Not Found - the computer does not recognize when the DLS is connected to the computer

    Solution 1
    Check Device Manager & Install Driver

    Hardware Device Driver Installer

    Uninstall and Reinstall Deggy Control
