How to report incidents using the Deggy Guard Tour AI app

Enter custom incident lists on Deggy Control accessible via the Deggy AI app which offers additional note(s) and picture(s) options in order to provide more information.

    Reporting Incidents

    Incidents that have been registered on the Deggy Control AI software can be recorded using the AI app

    Steps
    1. Open Deggy Guard Tour AI app -  select 'Incidents' icon on the left-hand-side
    2. Click on the drop-down menu to select an incident from the list 
    3. Enter any necessary supporting 'Notes' regarding the incident 
    4.  Click the 'Camera' icon, to document the incident with pictures - limit 4 per incident 
    5. Click 'Confirm' to save the incident information
