2) Cumbersome and confusing UI
Working with a specific process seems straightforward based on our experience with the platform. However, the UI is a bit clunky, and you’ll most likely take time to get the hang of it.
3) Lacks AI features
As of this writing, Process Street has yet to fully support AI. Unfortunately, this means that you have to create your processes manually. So even if you have hundreds of existing processes, you must create them from scratch on the platform.
Process Street Pricing
Process Street has three pricing plans: Startup, Pro, and Enterprise. The Startup plan costs $100 per month. The Pro and Enterprise start at $415 and $1,600 monthly, respectively.
With the Startup plan, you can only add up to five members to your account. This means you’re paying about $20 monthly for each employee. So if you have about 20 employees on your team, you’ll pay around $400 per month, going by this calculation.

3) Doesn’t support document export
To access your workflows in ProcedureFlow, you must always be on the computer. Unfortunately, you can’t download or print the information collected with the tool.

ProcedureFlow Pricing
ProcedureFlow has three pricing plans: Teams, Standard, and Enterprise. The Teams plan costs $25 per month for each user. Standard and Enterprise plans cost $27.50 and $32.50 per month, respectively.

Scribe has three pricing plans: Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. The Basic plan is free for anyone wanting to try the platform. The Pro plan starts at $29 per month for an individual, or $15 per user per month for a team of at least five employees. The Custom plan works on a customized pricing model.
So with Scribe, if you have 30 employees on your team using the Pro plan, you’ll pay around $450 per month.

Once done, you can set up your knowledge base to be public or private.
You can make it private if it’s a knowledge base for employees. If you created it for customers, you can make it public.
The next step is to name the categories for each knowledge base. This depends on the common questions that your employees or customers have.
You can add as many categories as you want to your knowledge base. Also, you can include subcategories under a category. To add articles to a category, all you need to do is click on it, and it’ll prompt you to choose the procedure or policy you want to add as an article.
